Healthy Choices Benefit Concert & Festival is a nationwide movement uniting music, wellness, resources, and generosity. Our mission is to gift 10,000 individuals with essential resources including food, clothing, shoes, housing support, job resources, and financial literacy — while hosting guests for a full day of live entertainment and empowerment.

Tier 1 : Standard
● Early Bird: $500 | Standard Rate: $1,000 (After August 30)
● Requirements: You must provide 250 Swag Bag Items AND donate 10% of your event sales to a participating non-profit.
● What You Get: Standard 10×10 booth space, MC shout-outs from the main stage, 1 professional booth photo for personal marketing, and community
networking access.
Tier 2 : Priority
● Early Bird: $1,000 | Standard Rate: $1,500 (After August 30)
●Requirements: You must provide 250 Swag Bag Items AND donate 5% of your event sales to a participating non-profit.
● What You Get: 10×10 booth with shaded priority placement, MC shout-outs from
the main stage, 1 professional booth photo, B-roll footage of your booth included
in an international docu-series, 1 dedicated social media feature post, and
community networking access.
Tier 3 : Premium
● Early Bird: $1,500 | Standard Rate: $2,000 (After August 30)
● Requirements: No swag bag items or sales percentage donations required.
● What You Get: Premium 10×10 booth placement, MC shout-outs from the main
stage, multi-platform social media campaign, VIP networking and after-party
access, feature placement in our national docu-series, personal booth visit by the premiere host, and a professional photo and video package (Note: Video provided after the docu-series launches)
