We proudly support our community partners. Approved non-profit vendors automatically
receive Standard 10×10 booth space, MC shout-outs from the main stage, 1 professional booth photo for personal marketing, and community networking access, plus premiere footage from the live broadcast, footage for the docu-series, and the opportunity to be chosen as a donation recipient by
our regular vendors.
● Booth Fee Waived ($0): Your $500 booth fee is fully waived if your organization provides ONE of the following to the community:
Program Scholarships
Your organization agrees to give out 10 to 20 program scholarships
for children who attend the festival (sports, music, theatre, etc.)
Note: You will be required to provide proof
Vouchers
Your organization agrees to give out 10 to 20 housing resource, food, or clothing vouchers to attendees at the festival.
Note: You will be required to provide proof
Resources
Your organization agrees to provide $500 to $5,000 in resources from your non-profit or a partner organization to attendees at the festival.
